When you purchase tokens, we collect:
- Transaction identifiers from cryptocurrency payments
- Wallet addresses used for payment
- Token purchase amounts and dates
We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other traditional financial instrument data. All payments are processed via cryptocurrency.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the AI providers whose models you use through our platform.
5.2 Payment Processors
Cryptocurrency payments are processed through third-party blockchain networks. Transaction data on public blockchains is publicly visible by nature. We do not control or operate these blockchain networks.
5.3 Infrastructure Providers
We use cloud infrastructure providers to host and operate the Service. These providers may have access to your data solely for the purpose of providing hosting services on our behalf.

- Communication Records: Support correspondence is retained for up to 2 years after the last interaction.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. When your prompts are processed by third-party AI model providers, your data may be transferred to servers located in other countries, including the United States. These transfers are necessary to provide the Service and are governed by the respective privacy policies of those providers.
